How much are the shipping costs?

We ship free of charge worldwide. Directly and freshly from our manufactory to you, no matter where you are on this earth.

We also offer priority shipping for a fee. Unlike standard shipping, your order will be treated as a priority and, together with the other Priority Shipping orders, will be the first to leave our factory. Which results in a shortening of the delivery time.

How do you ship?

How do you ship? We ship CO2 neutrally worldwide via DHL or Deutsche Post. That means you don't have to be at home. The shipment will be in the mailbox. Make sure that the name given in the shipping address is on the mailbox.

How long are the delivery times? (Delivery times)

We will process your order immediately upon receipt. The shipment will be processed after receipt of payment or payment approval and leaves our factory within 48 hours. Your order will then be delivered via DHL or Deutsche Post in Germany. Outside Germany, delivery is carried out by the Deutsche Post/DHL partners.

All runtimes are standard runtimes. For deliveries to islands and in rural or difficult-to-access areas as well as due to special import regulations - depending on the country of destination - longer delivery times may occur. Shipments with goods subject to customs duties may take longer due to customs processing!

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

If something is damaged during shipping, please let us know before use. Simply send an email to senden. Please attach clear pictures and your order number so that we can process your request quickly.
